Fish 'N' Chips ("we", "our", "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Overview
Fish 'N' Chips provides a food ordering and delivery platform that allows you to:
Browse our restaurant menu and place food orders.
Choose delivery to your specified address or pickup from our restaurant.
Track the status of your orders.
Apply promotional offers and discount coupons.
Our restaurant is located at Shop no 6, Veer Shopping Complex, VIP Rd, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account.
Account verification is done through OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your mobile number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
One account per mobile number is allowed.
4. Ordering and Payment
a) Placing Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our restaurant.
Prices displayed on the App are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including item unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Special instructions provided with orders will be followed on a best-effort basis.
b) Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay the delivery rider in cash when your order arrives.
Online Payment - Pay securely through our integrated payment gateway using UPI, cards, or net banking.
c) Pricing
Menu prices may change without prior notice.
A packaging charge may apply to orders as displayed during checkout.
Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery is available within our serviceable area (delivery radius as configured by the restaurant).
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on order volume, distance, weather, and traffic conditions.
You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Delivery verification may be done through OTP to ensure secure handover.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a) Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the restaurant.
Once the restaurant has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is accepted after payment, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
b) Cancellation by Restaurant
We may cancel an order due to item unavailability, kitchen closure, or other operational reasons.
If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.
c) Refunds
Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-7 business days).
For quality complaints, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with supporting evidence (photos).
7. Offers and Promotions
Promotional offers and discount coupons are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and usage limits.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
Minimum order values may apply for certain offers.
Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Food Quality and Safety
We are committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Allergen information is provided on a best-effort basis. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
Dietary labels (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain-friendly) are indicated on menu items for your convenience.
Once food is delivered and accepted, we are not liable for issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption by the customer.
9. User Responsibilities
By using our App, you agree to:
Provide accurate delivery information.
Be available to receive your order at the delivery address.
Treat our delivery riders with respect and courtesy.
Not misuse the App, promotional offers, or referral programs.
Not engage in fraudulent activities or place fake orders.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including text, images, logos, menu descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Fish 'N' Chips and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee the App will be error-free or available at all times.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, technical issues).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zirakpur, Punjab, India.
